Rules

Practical rules for fair voucher discovery, business campaigns, and safe community use.

Last updated: May 2026

1

Purpose of the rules

These rules describe the expected behavior for users, businesses, and partners in the BizHunts ecosystem. They are meant to keep voucher discovery fair, useful, and safe for local communities.

2

Rules for users

Users should claim and redeem vouchers honestly, respect business staff, follow each offer condition, and avoid activity that manipulates location, identity, or redemption limits.

  • Do not use fake GPS tools, automated claiming, duplicate accounts, or resale schemes.
  • Do not harass businesses or other users.
  • Check expiry dates, store details, and redemption instructions before using an offer.
3

Rules for businesses

Businesses must publish accurate offers, honor valid redemptions according to the posted conditions, and avoid misleading campaign claims. Offers should clearly state limits, expiry, eligibility, and any purchase requirement.

  • Do not advertise unavailable, unsafe, unlawful, or deceptive offers.
  • Do not collect unnecessary personal data from users during redemption.
  • Keep campaign inventory and store details up to date.
4

Fair play and anti-abuse

BizHunts may use technical checks, redemption logs, location validation, and manual review to detect abuse. Accounts, campaigns, or vouchers may be limited, suspended, or removed when abuse is suspected.

Examples include fake location activity, repeated invalid redemptions, spam campaigns, payment misuse, and attempts to bypass platform limits.

5

Content standards

Campaign images, descriptions, names, and messages should be accurate, professional, and appropriate for a broad audience. Content must not be discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, or infringe third-party rights.

6

Enforcement

BizHunts may warn, limit, suspend, or remove accounts, campaigns, vouchers, or content that violates these rules or creates risk for users, businesses, or the platform.

Where appropriate, BizHunts may ask for corrections before taking stronger action. Serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate removal.
